How To Clear Your Cache

Let’s quickly cover what a cache is and how to clear it.

So what is a cache and why do we worry about it? Caching is a technology that helps improve users’ browsing experience and reduce bandwidth experience. Caching allows visitors to have faster load-times when revisiting a site, hopefully encouraging future visits. The average visitor to a service site visits a maximum of 3 pages and immediately leaves the site. Any incentive for visitors to return can only help.
Kent Davis of WebJunction has a well-written post on the specifics of web caching and I’d suggest anyone truly interested in the subject to read his article. Smarter people than me have written plenty on this topic.

Eyesore Inc very strongly recommends using a standards-compliant browser such as Chrome, Safari, or Firefox, for many reasons, primarily browser support and security. To discourage IE use, we will list the appropriate links for downloading any of the browsers mentioned above. It may cost you a few minutes today to download and install but it will save you a mountain of troubles tomorrow. Just choose one and go for it!
